Donna Mavis Milne, a remarkable soul whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2024, at the age of 91. Born on June 11, 1933, Donna was a fierce, independent woman who filled every room she entered with warmth and joy. Her tenacity and zest for life were evident in every endeavor she undertook, from her early days as a model for JC Penney to her illustrious career at Honeywell, where she dedicated 37 years of her life.

Donna was not just a professional; she was a creative force passionate about crafting stained glass, an endeavor she enjoyed for nearly 50 years. It was through her art that she expressed her vibrant personality, filled with creativity and love. Her other interests included bowling, golfing, and arranging flowers, all of which showcased her energetic spirit and love for life’s simple pleasures. A dedicated gardener, she took delight in nurturing her plants, bringing forth beauty just as she did in her relationships with those around her.

An avid sports fan, she loved to cheer on her beloved Colorado Avalanche, Minnesota Vikings, and Minnesota Twins, celebrating the triumphs of her teams with the same enthusiasm she showed in every aspect of her life. Donna didn't just cheer on professional teams, She was her childrens and grandchildren's biggest fan, always making it a point to show up and cheer the loudest at everyone of their events. Donna was always the life of the party, her stubborn yet feisty nature making her the spark that ignited laughter and joy amongst her friends and family.

Donna now rejoins her dear husband Harold Milne, her parents Fred and Clara Debner, and her brother Mike Debner. These familial ties, though they may have parted ways on this earthly realm, will forever bind them in spirit. She leaves behind her beloved daughter Sandy (Dennis), her two sisters Naomi and Narda, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, whose lives have been profoundly enriched by her love and guidance.

Throughout her life, Donna took great pride in her accomplishments, particularly in tracing her roots to Germany and the extensive travels that enriched her experiences. At home, the love she shared with her family was evident in her everyday actions and the moments they created together.

Her legacy will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she cherished. Donna Mavis Milne was a woman of strength, creativity, and immense love. Though she may have departed from our sight, she will forever remain in the cherished memories of those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her spirit and warmth will linger, reminding us all to embrace life fully and to celebrate the beauty in every moment.
