Dorothy Jean Bedsaul, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, peacefully departed this world on February 5, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on December 12, 1948, in Colorado, she graced the lives of those who knew her with her kind and loving spirit.

Dorothy spent the majority of her life living in Casper Wyoming, she was a woman of unwavering faith, devoted to her husband, Bob, and deeply committed to her belief in the Lord. Her strength shone brightly in her daily life, as she embraced every moment with grace and compassion. Dorothy’s relationships were marked by her thoughtfulness; she had a unique talent for tracking the birthdays of everyone she knew, celebrating each individual with hand-written cards crafted with love—a lasting testament to her generous heart.

An enthusiastic homemaker, Dorothy found immense joy in providing for her family. She dedicated herself not just to her husband and children, but to nurturing a warm and loving environment. Her sons, Les (Barb), Jim (Cinde), Bob (Jami), and her daughter, Amy (Ron), were blessed to have her as their guiding light and greatest supporter. Dorothy's proudest accomplishments included raising her children, whose lives were enriched by her unwavering support and love.

As a grandmother to twelve grandchildren and a great grandmother to three—along with one more on the way—Dorothy found immeasurable joy in her role as matriarch. The light of her life shone brightest in their presence, as she cherished every moment spent with them. Her love for her family was palpable, and she made each gathering a little more special with her warmth and laughter.

In her leisure time, Dorothy engaged in crafts like needlepoint and diamond dots, expressing her creativity and passion. She also relished quiet moments with a good book and found joy in Bible study with her friends, deepening her connection with her faith and community.

Dorothy’s passing came peacefully in her sleep, comfortably enveloped by the love she had fostered throughout her life. She joins her beloved parents, Les and Ruth, and her son, John, in eternal rest. Her generous spirit, infectious laughter, and nurturing presence will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
