Douglas Ray Zimmerman, 53. Beloved husband of Kathi, father of John, Josh and Jacob, son of Orville, brother of Patrick (Betty), Patricia (Pat), Guy (Mary), Orville Jr. (Johnalin), Jill (Brad) and Phillip (Becki) and numerous nephews and nieces whom he loved very much. Preceded in death by his mother, Guyola and brother, Danny.
Viewing on Monday, July 19, 2010 at 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 PM both at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel, 901 S. Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80226. Interment at Highland Cemetery, 10201 N. Grant Street, Thornton, CO 80229.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Douglas are suggested to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, 8000 E. Maplewood Ave., Englewood, CO 80111.
Doug was a fun loving guy who loved his family and friends, babies and dogs, softball, fishing and racing. He will be fondly remembered by all.
