Dr. Norman Dale Brown was born on May 24, 1933 in Salida, Colorado, on a Wednesday evening while his dad was having a prayer meeting at the church.

Norm attended Englewood High School. He received A.A. from Christ for the Nations and his Bachelor's degree from Colorado Christian University. Norm was awarded his Doctorate of Ministry from Canon Bible College and Seminary.

Norm was a building contractor in the Denver area and was also very active in Full Gospel Businessmen before entering full-time ministry.

Norm was called to serve as a Pastor at New Life Church in Thayer, Missouri and Restoration Christian Center in Aurora, Colorado.

He proudly served his country in the United States Navy attached to the US Marine Corps as a Combat Corpsman during the Korean War.
