Dymtro Dick Shelefontiuk

Dymtro Dick Shelefontiuk, 89, of Lakewood CO, passed away February 11, 2022.

He was born in Canada, April 13th, 1932. He had six siblings, of which he is survived by two sisters that continue to reside in Canada.

Dick started coming to United States in the early 1950's. He served in the United States Army 1957-1960. He obtained dual citizenship with Canada and United States in 2007, which he was very proud of.

Dick married and had 3 children in Danville IL. He supported his family by following his passion with printing. In 1979 Dick moved his family to Denver CO. He was divorced in 1980 but remained in Colorado and continued to follow his very successful printing career.

In 1997 Dick met and married his wife Marvette. They were married in Las Vegas, Nevada and lived in Lakewood CO. Dick and Marvette loved spending time listening to music and dancing, even if it was just the two of them. They had almost 25 beautiful years together.

He was well loved by his wife, biological and stepchildren, numerous grandchildren and multiple great grandchildren. He will be missed immensely.
