Earl Meis

55, of Northglenn, passed away October 15, 2004. Earl was born March 23, 1949 in Denver. He is survived by his wife Lori, his sons Ron (Denise) and Dwayne (Kim) Montoya, his grandson Christian Paul Montoya, brothers Gene(Joanne), Elmo (Jean Ann), Eldon(Aggie), Eddie (Evonne), and sisters Euphrosina Hewitt, Evangeline (Dick)Beston, Ellen Ann (Lee) Ewertz, Estella(Steve) Budge, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Adolph and Celestine, brothers Ernest, Emmett "John", and sisters Eileen Hein and Evelyn Belmonte.
Visiting hours Thursday, 5-7 PM, with a Rosary Service at 7 PM, at Newcomer Family Funeral Home-West Chapel, 901 S. Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, 10 AM at Our Lady Mother of The Church, 6690 E. 72nd Ave., Commerce City. Interment to follow at Ft. Logan National Cemetery. A memorial service and celebration of Earl's life will take place Friday at 2 PM at Crossroads Church, Northglenn (104th & Huron).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to the family c/o Ron Montoya, 6130 E. 121st Dr., Brighton, CO 80602. Funds received will be used to assist Earl's favorite charity, the Denver Rescue Mission.
