Earlean D. Toliver-Dixon

Earlean Dale Toliver-Dixon peacefully passed away Saturday, August 8, 2020 in Aurora, CO.

She was born March 11,1948 in Baton Rouge, LA. Earlean was the second of seven children born to Jesse and Ethel Walter. Sisters Ruth and Betty; brothers Jesse, Larry, Donald, and Ronald. Earlean eventually relocated to Denver, Colorado with her family.

Earlean attended Cole Jr. High School and graduated from Manuel High School in Denver. After high school, Earlean completed her Bachelor and Master's Degree at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO. Earlean continued her educational journey attending several universities throughout her career as an educator in the Denver Public School System and earned a second master's degree. Earlean worked as a classroom teacher for 34 years and taught social studies at both the middle and high school level. She retired in 2006.

Earlean leaves to her loving memory her two children Clifton D. Toliver and Danielle N. Glasgow as well as her 8 grandchildren, and her puppy companion Chico.

Earlean gave her life to Jesus at the age of 10. She joined Central Baptist Church in 1960 and was an active member with the youth choir, Missionary Circles, served as the church clerk, and was a faithful church usher. Earlean believed that Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, guided her throughout her lifetime, blessed and kept her. She now continues this relationship in His kingdom.
