Eddie J. Schaffer
"Eddie J. Schaffer passed away August 26, 2006, at the age of 72. He died unexpectedly from head injuries incurred in a falling accident at home.
He was born May 2, 1934, to Jacob A. and Josephine M. (Schupman) Schaffer. On March 3, 1952, Eddie married Delores Marie Foos. On July 4, 1964, they renewed their wedding vows.
He is survived by his wife, Delores; son, Terry Schaffer; daughter, Anise Herod and her husband, Dan; daughter-in-law, Ruth Schaffer; grandson Casey Schaffer and his girlfriend, Jenice Murphy; granddaughter, Lori Schaffer; and beloved dog, Schultzy.
Eddie was predeceased by his parents; sister, Clydai Flamik; brother-in-law, Frank Flamik; father-in-law, Eddie Foos; and mother-in-law, Thelma Foos."
Memorial services will be held on Friday, 9/1, 2pm at Newcomer Family West Metro Chapel. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Eddie's family at www.NewcomerFamily.com.
