Elaine Feitz Thunblom was born on September 3, 1936 in New York, New York, and passed away May 7, 2022 in Aurora, Colorado, at home. She passed surrounded by her family, walking into the arms of Jesus.

Elaine was the oldest child born to Nicholas and Mary Feitz.

Elaine and her husband of 58 years were active in the Catholic church, leading many ministries including marriage prep, religious education, and bible study.

She enjoyed scrapbooking, reading, friends, grandchildren, bible study, and playing cards.

Elaine was preceded in death by her husband John and son Eric. She is survived by her son, Christopher and wife Jennifer, daughter Marianne, grandchildren Jeffrey, Neilan, Jazzmine, Avery, brother Nicholas Feitz & wife Eileen, along with many nieces and nephews.

She was a devoted Catholic mother and grandmother, and we will miss her smile, laughter, sense of humor, and her love for Christ. Please remember Elaine with joy and love in your heart.
