Eleanor Bibb (Key) Williams, 84, of Denver, received her wings on May 1, 2024.
She was born to the late Romelia (Key) Alexander & Wesley Bibb on February 6, 1940, in Florence, AL. Eleanor and her family relocated to Denver, CO in 1942. At a young age she accepted Christ. She attended Denver Public Schools where she met Williams P. Williams. They were married shortly afterwards. They had a wonderful 20 year marriage and from this union came 4 children; Gail, Joyce, Bill Jr., and Gay.
Known as being the glue of the family, she is survived by her oldest brother, Ray Key, her daughters Gail Mayo and Gay Williams, 5 granddaughters, 4 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, & a host of relatives and friends.
Eleanor worked at Klean-Rite Cleaners for 20 years & retired from Westin Hotel after 20 years of service. She did home-health care for years and touched many lives. She enjoyed music, dancing, fashion & chubby’s. She was a dedicated Bronco’s fan-win, loose, or draw.
Her sweet voice, contagious laugh & words of wisdom will be greatly missed by all of those who loved her.
