Eloy S. Ruybal, age 93 passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2008 in Montrose, Colorado. He was born in Mogote, Colorado. Eloy is preceded in death by his wife Delma; he is the father of Sandra (Abe) Salas, and step-father of Marbela and Frances, and is a grandpa, great grandpa and great-great grandpa. Brother of Bedalia Romero and Billie Ruybal. He has numerous nephews and nieces.
