Elsie I. Welch

wife of Arthur E. Welch of 70 years, her caregiver for most of her life, passed away peacefully August 13th in Lakewood, CO at the age of 93. Formally of Colorado Springs and Crested Butte, CO. She was the last of a long line of the Arnott family. She is survived by her husband Arthur; daughter Nancy Noreen Welch; cousin Thomas Arnott and many loving nieces, nephews, great grandnephews and great grandnieces. Services to be held at a later date.
