Evelyn Marie Moran

Evelyn M. Moran, age 91, passed away peacefully on November 6th, 2021. She was born December 11, 1929 in Denver, Colorado. She married Ronald Eugene Moran who preceded her in death on November 11, 1977.

Evelyn loved the outdoors and she especially enjoyed camping and fishing with family and friends. She was also the proud owner of "Eve's Casual Curl" beauty shop in Westminster at her home.

Evelyn went on to meet Roger Lakeburg of Mora, Minnesota. The two lived on a ranch in Mora which they both really enjoyed. Evelyn added many friends during her years in Minnesota. She enjoyed Roger's daughter, Jean, and her husband, Paul.

Years later, Evelyn returned to her home in Westminster, Colorado. During this time, she kept busy volunteering her time at the local food bank, where she enjoyed helping others.

Her life was a busy one, "that's who Evie" was, always on the go! Where's mom? She is at someone's sporting event or re-decorating her home.

Evelyn is survived by three of her five children, Rick, Debbie, and Stephen. Her oldest son Terry Powers preceded her in death, as did her fourth child, Donnie Wayne.

Evelyn had many grandchildren, nephews and nieces, all of whom she loved and touched deeply.
