Frances embarked on a lifelong journey with her beloved husband, Edward Shirley, sharing nearly six decades of unwavering love and companionship. Their marriage was a testament to dedication and partnership, serving as an inspiration to all who knew them.

As a devoted mother, Frances poured her heart into nurturing and guiding her three children: Stephan, Deborah, and David. She was blessed with the joy of four grandchildren, Alex, Kurt, Andrew, and Mikayla who brought an extra sparkle to her eyes and filled her heart with boundless love.

Frances touched the lives of all who knew her with her kindness, compassion, and grace. Her gentle spirit and genuine care for others endeared her to many, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
