Frances L. Williamson

August 7, 1932 — July 6, 2021

♥♥♥ So Beloved by her family ♥♥♥

Frances Louise McGee was born at her parents home on August 7, 1932, in Casper, Wyoming. She was the only child of Byron and Ina McGee.
Fran married Jack Burdette Marshall on December 18, 1951 and they had four children together, Connie, Max, Jackie, and Kirk. They moved from Casper Wyoming to Denver Colorado in January of 1959.

Frances worked as a telephone operator for Mountain Bell in Casper, Laramie and Denver and worked through all the telephone companies various name changes, later correcting telephone directory mistakes until her retirement.

Amicably Divorced April 12, 1983 Fran & Jack remained friends. Fran later married Bill Williamson on February 12, 1995, in Denver, Colorado.

Fran loved to bake yummy goodies for her family and she loved collecting recipes. She loved dancing (square dancing, round dancing and ballroom dancing) and danced until her body wouldn't allow it anymore. Always close, her daughter became her constant companion after the death of both her husbands.

Amazingly, Frances passed away on her first husband's birthday with his old love letters by her bedside. Her family believes that Jack opened a portal to heaven and scooped Frances up to be with him.

Just before she passed she told her family that she was getting an upgrade. Soon she would be able to hear again, taste and smell again. Soon she would be able to walk and do all the things that she had been unable to do for so long. That she would see us again but not for a long time. And that if anybody says that she has died, - she hasn't.
Her words are comforting by letting us know she is with us, always. Energy doesn't die, it just changes form.
She passed away on July 6, 2021, in Lakewood, Colorado, at the age of 88.

Frances is preceded in death by 2 sons, Jackie and Kirk and both husbands.

She is survived by her daughter Connie Marshall, her son Max Marshall, grandchildren: Matthew Marshall, Darren Marshall, Melanie Zinn, Michelle Teemley, many deeply loved great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, as well as several step family members.
