Frank D. Smelser, Master Carpenter, joined his Maker the Ultimate Carpenter on March 9, 2010. He was a member of Carpenter Union, Local 55 for 45 years. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Smelser; only son Ron (Judy) Smelser; 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
