George Steve Martinez

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing our our beloved, George Steve Martinez. He was called home by our Lord and savior on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his brother Gerald "Jerry" Martinez. He is survived by his mother, Florida Archuletta; son, Ruben Cortez; daughters, Brandi Esquibel, Miranda Cortez and Mireya Martinez; grandchildren, Thomas, Cloie, Ambirah, Payslee, Zodiah and Kehlani; Brothers, Garfield Martinez (Yolanda) and Theodore "Ricky" Chavez (Sara); sisters, Sonia Martinez (JohnnyRay), Naomi Kultgen (Ronald) and Natasha Archuletta (Kenny). Along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and an exuberance amount of friends.

George was a man of great qualities. He was loyal, humorous, genuine, solid, and compassionate, just to name a few. Above all things, he was a man of God. No matter what obstacles and challenges he faced in life, he would always rely on his faith in God to help him in his journey in life. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who loved and admired him.
