Gerald Dale Davidson

Gerald Dale Baird, 76, passed away June 21, 2003 at St. Anthony's Hospital North in Westminster, CO. Visitation, Sunday 2-6 PM at the mortuary. Services, Monday 11 AM at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area "B" with full Military Honors. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Westminster United Methodist Church, The Salvation Army or The American Red Cross, please call the mortuary for further details.

He was born on November 8, 1926 in Gillespie, Il. He is the son of William J. and Emma L. Baird.

He was a retired Korean War Veteran who served two years in the United States Navy and twenty years in the United States Army. He also worked twenty-two years for the United States Civil Service, retiring in 1987.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his twin sisters Helen and May Baird.

He is survived by his Wife Carolyn G. Baird, two sons, Larry D. Baird of Westminster, CO and Douglas T. Baird of Madrid Spain, two daughters Linda M. Henik of Lakewood, CO, and Tamara K. Fitzgerald of Canberra Australia, three grandchildren Joseph A., Jennifer G., and Tyler D. Baird, Along with two brothers, Harold R. (Ella Faye) Baird of Godrey, Il and James C. Baird of East Alton, Il.
