Giselle Ashley Holman, 28, of Aurora, passed away July 23, 2019.
She was born February 27, 1991 in Aurora, Colorado, the daughter of John and Kaye (McComas) Holman. She was a graduate of Denver Waldorf School. She received her Associates degree from Community College of Aurora and was one year from receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Metro State University.
Giselle was a member of the Colorado Music Educator's Association. Giselle was a life member at Bethel Lutheran Church, having been baptized at the church at 2 years old. Giselle was an active member at the church and the choir, even conducting the choir when the choir director took time off. Giselle also attended Bethel Preschool when she was 3 and 4 years old.
Giselle loved music - music was her life. She was trained in classical guitar and piano. Giselle was also an accomplished songwriter, having made a recording, and was also a poet. She loved birds and dogs. Giselle enjoyed the beauty of the outdoors by spending time in the mountains. She was very close to her Pa Mac and her Granny Rose growing up and spent many summers up in the mountains with them. Giselle loved baseball. In younger years, she played on Little League teams and then more recently played on co-ed teams. She loved to follow her Colorado Rockies. She was deeply loved and will be missed.
Giselle is survived by her parents, John and Kaye Holman; brother, Pike Lee Holman; two half-brothers, Vincent and Carlos Holman; half-sister, Ingrid; uncle, Gregory Scott McComas; Aunt, Anita; two cousins, Gunnar McComas and Cayley McComas; several cousins and extended family members throughout the United States and England; cherished cockatiel, Yosha and cherished Shar-Pei, Dalton.
She is preceded in death by Grandfather, Stanley Keith McComas, Grandmother, Rose Marie McComas.
