Harold Samuel "Sam" Brewer
Born: November 30, 1934 in Siebert, Colordao to Charles Benjamin "Ben" and Sadie Margaret Sears Brewer. He worked most of his adult life at Gates Rubber Company in Denver, Coloarado and retired in 1986. He also owned and operated a Tastee Freez Franchise at 20th and Wadsworth in the early 1970's and was a district route manager for the Rocky Mountain News in the Green Mountain area in the mid 1970's.
He taught his children the importance of love and being responsible for your family. Family was always very important to Dad. He did everything possible to make sure we had a good start in life and gave us the freedom to find ourselves and our way in life. He never gave advice except when asked for it but made his opinions known to all who cared to listen. He will be sorely missed.
He is survived by his wife Sarah Rose Brewer, Denver; children Marie Brown, Thornton, James Brewer, Denver, Dan Brewer, Thornton and Diana Richardson-Clark, Denver; grandchildren Elizabeth Rose Brewer, Oregon, Rebecca Renee Wood, Denver, Jaynie Deann Brown, Arvada, Richard Daniel Brewer, Northglenn, William R. Brewer, Lakewood and Daniel Wayne Brewer, Aurora; sisters Marjorie Robbins, Englewood, Alice Burch, Illinois and Ella "Tina" Edgecomb, Iowa; and lots of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-newphews.
