Harold Fieldman

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Harold Fieldman; husband, father, grandfather, teacher and friend on October 13, 2010. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, he lived together with his parents, three brother and sisters. He served in the Canadian Navy During the war where he met his wonderful wife Catherine to whom he has been married to for 62 years. He was a sports nut playing Canadian Pro Football with the Winnipeg Blue Boombers. Having lived in Canada, Minnesota and Washington State, they finally settle in Colorado in Lakewood. He was a PE teacher and a swimming coach for various cities and organizations. He enjoyed traveling and cruising with his wife. He enjoyed curling with the Denver Curling Club. He is survived by his wife Catherine, son Stewart Fieldman and wife Rita, daughter Jan Luse and husband Harold, son James Fieldman and wife Dianne, and daughter Bonnie Allen and husband Rod. He is also survived by grandchildren: Patrick Fieldman, Gary Fieldman, Russell Anderson, Courtney Fieldman, Brooke Fieldman Sean Allen and Kyle Allen.
