Harold E. Haas , 94, of Brighton, passed away October 29, 2020. He was born December 13, 1925 in Bethany, Missouri, the son of Thornton and Odetta (Hogan) Haas. He was a graduate of Puyallup High School. He attended Whitman College and completed his degree at Colorado A & M.
Harold served 26 years in the U. S. Navy retiring in 1966 as a Lieutenant Commander, Supply Corps. Veteran of WWII Pacific Theatre and Korean War.
Harold is survived by children James Haas, Linda Falk, and Mary Sutliff; ex-wife, Virginia Elliott; grandchildren, Samantha McLean Haas, Morrigan McLean Haas, Jake Kenyon, Jonathan Kenyon, Sara Boynton, and Alison Waggoner; great-grandchildren, Adaline Kenyon, Spencer Kenyon, Easton Boynton, and Evelyn Boynton. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Bryant, wife, Martha Haas, and ex-wife, Naomi Jean Haas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Navy and Marine Corps Relief Society.
