Harry (H.D.) McDonald of Golden, Colorado past away Sunday April 14th.
Graveside services will be at the Golden Cemetery, 755 Ulysses St, Golden, CO at 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 25, 2019. Celebration of life will be at his home, 690 Eldridge St, Golden, CO following the service.
H.D. was born on April 6th, 1931 in Morning Sun, IA, son of John and Doris McDonald. He married Phyllis Hewitt on December 14th, 1952, in Winfield, IA.
H.D. was a farmer in the in Winfield and Morning Sun Iowa plus owned a farm equipment dealership, restaurant and ran a real estate and auction business before moving to Colorado in 1982. He then operated a real estate business in Golden Colorado until his death.
Survivors include three sons, Cary (Nancy), Littleton, CO, Tim (Nia), Las Vegas, NV and Brent, Golden, CO, eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren. He was Preceded in death by his parents, his wife Phyllis, three sisters, two brothers and his oldest son, Dane.
Celebration of life will be at

Golden, CO 80401 immediately following the graveside service.
