Helen A.Jochim was born December 11, 1910 in Denver, CO and passed away March 15, 2008 in Pueblo, CO at the age of 97.
Helen was a homemaker who enjoyed square dancing and tending to a large vegetable garden. She collected music boxes and participated as a volunteer for over 20 years at her church, St. Anthony of Padua, in Denver, CO.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Elbert "Al" E. Jochim and a daughter, Barbara J. (Ed) Shirley. She is survived by daughter, Fran (A.D.) Rounds, and son Keith (Patricia) Jochim; nine grandchildren: Karen, Cathy, Renee, Scott, Martin, Nicole, Keith Jr., Brandon and Jeffery and five great-grandchildren: Jesse, Zachariah, Austyn, Cassidy and Tallulah.
Catholic Scripture Services will be held at 12:30P.M. Thursday, March 20, 2008 at Newcomer Family Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel, with Rev. Martin Hunckler, officiating. Entombment, Mother Cabrini Mausoleum, Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimers Association of Pueblo, CO.
