Helen Ramona Fresquez

Helen Ramona Fresquez age 74, of Denver, CO passed away on August 20, 2023. she was born in Denver Colorado February 16th 1949 to Ernest Quintana Sr. and Paula Quintana.

She was a loving, funny, strong, and understanding woman. Always willing to lend a helping hand or offer a listening ear. She had a heart full of love for her family and friends. Her generous and compassionate nature touched the lives of many. Helen had a contagious laugh that could brighten up any room and her sense of humor brought joy to those around her. She loved gathering with family, laughing and enjoying each other's company. One of Helen's favorite past times was bingo. Her enthusiasm for the game was contagious. Helen is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Fresquez and Cathy Holloman, also her sisters Estella Lucero, Rose Quintana, and her brother Ernest Quintana. She also leaves behind her many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Also many nieces and nephews. She brought joy and love to the entire family. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Paula Quintana and Ernest Quintana and brother Paul Quintana as well as her son Frank Fresquez and daughters Mary Trujillo and Judy Fresquez. Their memories will forever be cherished.

The family kindly asks for flowers to be sent to the funeral home. Helen will forever be missed and remembered as a loving, funny, caring and strong woman who cherished her family above all else. Her legacy of laughter, generosity and understanding will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known her. Helen will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
