Helen Johnson, 76, of Aurora, Colorado passed away August 20, 2019.

She was born February 9, 1943 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the daughter of Edward and Mary (Horine) Snell. She graduated high school in Fort Collins, Colorado. She graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition.

Helen was a member of New Dawn Center for Spiritual Living. She volunteered at the Aurora Animal Shelter.

Helen enjoyed traveling. She will be remembered as a very spiritual woman. Helen cherished the time that she spent with her family.

Helen is survived by son, Marc Bryan Johnson; four grandchildren, Joshua Johnson, Allie Johnson, Larry Johnson and Karla Johnson; sister, Emily Gee; nephews, Shawn Gee, Jeff Gee, Scott Gee, Pat Johnson, Michael Johnson, and Matt Johnson; niece, Karla Sampson; great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family and many friends including Brenda Abeyta, LaVaughn Hahn, Letty Geise and Barbara Chappell.

She is preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Johnson; father, Edward Louis Snell and mother, Mary Katherine Snell.
