Helen Marie Trudell

Helen Marie (Gerstenberger) Trudell, 61, of Lakewood, Denver passed away on January 26, 2018 after battling a brief illness.
Helen was born June 5, 1956 in Hot Springs, South Dakota to Robert and Jean (McVey) Gerstenberger. She graduated from Aurora Central High School.
Helen shared a life with Pres Cordova, Jr. over the last 10 years. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Jean Gerstenberger.
She is survived by her partner Pres of Lakewood; her sons Stacey Trudell of Denver and Nickolas "Nick" Kiery of Lakewood; and brothers Robert Gerstenberger and Jon Gerstenberger of Denver.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at (Newcomer West Metro Chapel, 901 S. Sheridan Blvd. Lakewood, CO 80226). A viewing will precede starting at 10:00 a.m., and a reception will follow 12:00-2:00 p.m., both at Newcomer West Metro Chapel.
