Henrietta Marie Whelchel

Henrietta Marie Whelchel, age 84 of Denver, CO passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2010. She is survived by her sister, Nina Pauline Johnson and 13 nieces and nephews and their families. She was a dedicated and devoted nurse who retired after 40 plus years of service to St. Anthony's Hospital. She was the inaugral Supervisor of the IV Department at the hospital. Additionally she was awarded Miss St. Anthony, '63-'64; recipient of the Sister Reinert Achievement Award, '78; and Antonian Award, '79.

Memorial Service, Friday, April 2, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel, 901 S. Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80226.
