64, of Morrison, passed away, March 12, 2011. He is survived, by his mother, Rosella Carter and his two sons, Steve (Deborah) and Clint (Tilyn Mattson) Carter. Three grandchildren: Amanda, R.J., and Brianna. Seven siblings: Greg, Fred, Cliff, Gail, Bonnie, Dixie, and Charles. Also survived by numerous other relatives. Preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Carter. He was loved by many and will be missed terribly.
