I. Jeanne Sunderhuse

Ileane Jeanne Sunderhuse, 85, a Colorado native born on May 12, 1925 in Wheatridge, Colorado. She attended Garden Home through high school in Denver and was awarded a scholarship to attend DU College of Business. She was married to her late husband, Harold Sunderhuse, in 1946, they became owners of two small businesses. Our loving mother, grandmother and mother-in-law, is survived by two children, Shelley Ann Sunderhuse and Mark Steven Sunderhuse, daughter-in-law, Annemarie Sunderhuse along with four beloved grandchildren, Stephanie Jo Pothast, Mitchell Ryan Sunderhuse, Zachary David Sunderhuse and Nathaniel Austin Sunderhuse. She greatly enjoyed ceramics, gardening, knitting and crocheting. She is predeceased by her brothers Vernon Mahana and William "Bill" Mahana. We will sorely miss this devoted Child of God. A Christ Centric Memorial will be held at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, December 22, at Foothills Chapel (formerly St. James Lutheran Church), 1950 Ford Street, Golden, CO.
