Idris A. Zupa, 31, of Denver, died Monday January 2, 2006. An accomplished artist in pottery and sculpture, he also enjoyed literature, and music from classical and jazz to punk-rock and ska. As a teen, Idris was an avid skateboarder and competed locally for the skateshop Jamaica Jim's, until an ankle injury sidelined him from the sport. In his adult professional life as an industrial plumber, Idris rose from apprentice to field supervisor. Idris is a beloved member of a family who misses him. He is survived by his mother, Christine, 60, of Sanbornton NH, his sister Yazmin, 38, brothers Daoud, 35, and Ravi, 28, and Hanz, 21, a nephew Anand, 7 and aunt Meg, 55.
