Iona E. Bender, 77, of Denver. Beloved mother of Delores (Jack) Brott and Linda (Shawn) Marron; grandmother of Brian, Brenden, and Mahria; sister of Randel and Robert Forster and Alice Ackerman. Visitation Sunday 4-8PM with Rosary Recitation at 7 PM; funeral service Monday 1 PM; both at Newcomer Family Funeral Home West Metro Chapel. Interment to follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association in Iona's name.
