Jack Benjamin Chavez, Jr.

Jack Chavez, 85, of Arvada, passed away May 22, 2021. He was born February 20, 1936 in Fort Collins, Colorado, the son of Benny and Elisa (Salas) Chavez. Graduated from Annunciation High School class of 1954, Regis College graduate 1958, and long time jeweler and stock broker.
Jack is survived by sons Mike Chavez, Paul Chavez, Daniel Chavez, Andrew Chavez; three grandchildren Candice, Ashley and Andrew Jr. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Viola Chavez and parents.
Services will be 11:00 am, Friday, June 18, 2021 at Annunciation Catholic Church. Further details to follow.
