James H. "Jim" Cheadle, loving husband to JoAnn, of Aurora, CO took God's hand on February 14, 2019 at the age of 81.
James was born on January 15, 1938 to Howard and Helen Cheadle in Oxford, WI. James was proud of his Indian heritage which showed in his surroundings. He had a zest for life and definitely had the "gift of gab". He was a storyteller and could keep the kids on the edge of their seat waiting for more. He loved to go on long drives and had a passion for drawing and reading. He was a painter by trade, and got along with everyone he met. He was married to his loving wife JoAnn for 34 years.
He was preceded in death by his father Howard Cheadle, his mother Helen Wagner, his step-father Olie Wagner, and grandchildren Kristin and Kyle.
He is survived by his wife JoAnn, sisters Shirley, (Aurora CO) and Peggy (Sheboygan WI), son James and wife Ivah (Arizona), daughters Kelly (Sheboygan WI) Naomi and husband Bear (Sheboygan WI) and Tanya (Sheboygan, WI) Also survived by step-children Teri, Jeff, Robin (Denver, CO) Kelley (Menasha WI) and Randy (Waupaca WI). Along with grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A "Celebration of Life" will be held at The Newcomer Chapel located at 190 Potomac St. Aurora, CO 80011, on March 2, 2019 at 1:30 p.m.
