James L. Benson, 71, of Lakewood. Passed away September 13, 2007.
Survivors include two nieces, Ruby and Carolyn, both of Texas, their families and relatives in Sweden.
Jim was a longtime employee of the Denver Water Department, retiring in 1995.
He was a member and Past Master of Liberty Lodge #134, A.F. & A.M.; the Denver Consistory, the El Jebel Shrine, and the Past Masters Club of El Jebel.
Visitation, Wednesday, September 19, 2007 from 4:00P.M. until 8:00P.M. at the Newcomer Family Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel.
Services, Thursday, September 20, 2007 at 10:00A.M. at the Newcomer Family Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel, with Pastor Keith Sorensen, officiating. Interment, Crown Hill Cemetery. Masonic Committal by Liberty Lodge #134, A.F. & A.M.
