An Angel Walks Beside Us
Angels live forever far beyond our days on earth, and every soul receives a guardian angel at birth.
Invisible, these angels never leave us, day or night.
They know our fears and whisper, "things are going to be all right."
They give us strength and purpose, keep our hope and courage strong, they fill our minds with wisdom and our spirits with song.
And when time in this world comes to reach our journeys end, our angel walks beside us like a kind, familiar friend.
And as we leave behind the only place we've ever know, we see our angle's smile at last and hear "You're home…you're home"
Her early years were tough. Jayne and her two brothers lost their Father, when she was age 4. Her mother and her were to much alike and they bumped heads a lot. She persevered through and graduated with high honors. She was always smart and could adapt to any situation.
Jayne was married twice. She had her oldest three children with her first husband Clayton Brandt, and her youngest two with her second husband Kenneth Shaver, who she called her soul mate.
Irish Funeral Poem
You can only have one mother
Patient kind and true;
No other friend in the world,
Will be the same.
When other friends forsake you,
To mother you will return,
For all her loving kindness,
She asks nothing in return.
As we look upon her pictures,
Sweet memories we recall,
Of a face full of sunshine,
And smile for one and all.
Sweet Jesus, take this message,
To our dear mother up above;
Tell her how we miss her,
And give her all our love.
Jayne was a jack of all trades, she was an artist at heart. She would draw amazing pictures when she was younger. She was a waitress, a secretary, she had many different jobs in her life time. She was making amazing jewelry in her last years.
Music was a big part of her life, she always loved to dance. With a little assistants she was grooving to her favorite group, Moody Blues, her last week in the hospital.
Jayne had a big heart, she shared her caring, her kindness, and giving soul with everyone. She made lots of strong relationships, throughout the years. She lived in the Mountains for her last decade.
She loved her mountains and the people up there as well. She thrived up there, living in the mountains added years to her life. She helped so many and created bonds with everyone, she was very happy.
Now reunited with her father, her mother, two brothers, two of her grandchildren, her soul mate, and lots of friends. We will truly miss her, but we will cherish our memories we have with her. She will always be apart of the lives she touched.
Never Say Goodbye
There can be no goodbyes for us
It'd be too painful, dear
Our connection still lives on
Although you're far from here
I miss the times that we once had
But one day, once again
I'll hold you close and laugh with you
I just wish I knew when
Each moment til that day arrives
Until my time is through
I'll miss you more than words can say
And always think of you
I'll look among the stars,
And each dawn's pastel sky,
And whisper words of love to you
But never say goodbye
We would love to hear any memories or stories you shared with our Mom, or even if you want to tell her something.
