Jeanie M. Garcia, 95, of Westminster, passed away July 23, 2018.
She was born November 24, 1922 in La Junta, Colorado, the daughter of Justo and Patricia (Madrid) Lopez.
She was a graduate of Manual High School in Denver.
On October 19, 1952, she married Stephen C. Garcia.
Jeanie was a parishioner at St. Mark Catholic Church in Westminster.
Jeanie liked to draw and paint. In her younger years, Jeanie would hand-paint photographs. Jeanie adored the time that she spent with her grandchildren. Jeanie will be remembered as a woman of faith and she enjoyed going to mass.
Jeanie is survived by two sons, Stephen D. Garcia and Richard M. (Stacy) Garcia; three grandchildren, Joshua M. Garcia, Matthew C. Garcia and Kathryn N. Garcia; brother, Richard J. Loper; Sister, Chris Maestas; Several nieces and nephews and many extended family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Stephen C. Garcia; father, Justo Lopez and mother, Patricia Lopez. .
