Jeffrey Paul Mallow, 29, of Aurora Colorado passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018. He was born Nov. 26, 1988 in Denver, Colorado to Pam and Jon Mallow.
Jeff graduated from Gateway High School in Aurora, Colorado. Following high school, he attended Colorado University and Metro State University. Jeff enjoyed his work and fellow employees at Oldcastle Windows as a pattern digitizer.
From a young age, Jeff was passionate about baseball. He played baseball from Little League through his senior year at Gateway High School. He spent many hours at Coors Field cheering on the Rockies, win or lose he was always a fan.
He also loved the experiences he had as a Boy Scouts; from Cub Scout to Eagle Scout, which he received in 2005. He had mentors that built him up and provided well-rounded experiences. Jeff leveraged those experiences and gave back to the younger scouts; mentoring, teaching and instilling in them confidence and pride.
Jeff will be remembered as a fun- loving, devoted, caring and always smiling friend. He met up with many of his friends weekly to shoot billiards (pool). He played in an APA pool league and in 2016 he and his team won the APA Amateur 8-Ball National Qualifier.
Jeff was preceded in death by his Father, Jon Mallow of Aurora, Colorado and his Grandfather, Leon Schwartz of Dalton, Nebraska.
Jeff will be remembered with more love than can possibly be explained by his Mom, Pam Mallow and T. J. Cramer of Aurora Colorado. Grandmothers, Evelyn Whelan and Barb Miller. Aunts and Uncles, Janet Smith, Diane and Jeff Kanegae, Darin and Catherine Schwartz, Geri and Scott Studebaker. Cousins, Mathew and Carly Smith, Katie Smith, Jaidyn, Carson and Landrie Studebaker, Chase and Ashton Kanegae, Wyatt and Willow Schwartz and many, many others.
A Memorial of Life will be held from 5-6 p.m. on Friday, March 30, at the Newcomer Funeral Home followed by a gathering of family and friends at Scooters Bar and Grill.
