She is survived daughter: Joyce (Brian) Wold; daughter: Eva (John) Heberlein; son: Albert (Jean) Chavez; son: Anthony Chavez, Jr.; daughter: Cathy (Katie Duke) Chavez; 7 grandchildren: Leo Livingston, Teresa Chavez-Ramirez, Mark Livingston, Renee Swearingen, Jennifer Chavez, Albert Chavez, Jr., Valerie Chavez-Martinez; 11 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brother: Julian (Eleanor) Montoya; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Anthony Chavez, Sr, son, Toby Chavez, 4 brothers, 1 sister. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to The Denver Hospice.
