JERRY LEE KELLY was born June 25, 1942 in Traverse City, Michigan to Joe & Helen Kelly. The family moved to Muskegon, Michigan where Jerry went to school.

He joined the UNITED STATES MARINES and served during the CUBAN MISSILE CRISIS. He worked 5 years for the C&O Railroad where he made Conductor.

In 1970, he moved to DENVER where he worked construction and he later started his own company KELLY CONSTRUCTION.

In 1972, he met his future wife RITA CERNY and they married June 3, 1973 at PARK HILL UNITED METHODIST CHURCH. Together they had 3 children Hollie (Troy) Drake of Aurora Colo, Robert (Gena) Kelly of Parker, Colo and Ryan (Amanda) Kelly of Aurora, Colo and 2 grandchildren, Mason Kelly and Penelope Kelly.

Jerry had many health issues, but the one that had no remorse was cancer. His fight started in 2005 and continued until last year. His positive attitude that he would beat this kept him and his family going. He passed away at his home on June 5th.

Besides his family he was most proud of designing and building the family home along with his son Bob.

Due to the pandemic, a private service will be held at FORT LOGAN NATIONAL CEMETERY, where Jerry will be laid to rest.
