Jerry Colness, 82 died Tuesday, November 16, 2021 due to complications from Alzheimer's disease.
He was born in Bozeman, Montana on March 29, 1939.
Jerry grew up in Red Lodge, Montana, and graduated, with honors, from Montana State University in 1962 with a B.A. Degree from the school of Journalism.
After service in the Army, he worked in Washington, DC as Director of Communications for the National Paint and Coatings Association. After moving to Denver, Colorado, he worked as Director of Public relations for various non-profits...notably National Jewish Health, The Denver Museum of Nature and History, The Red Cross and Easter Seals, to name a few.
He is survived by his wife, Andrea, and son, Drew. No services are planned.
