Jesus Porras Trejo

In loving remembrance of Jesse Trejo, a proud Colorado native, peacefully departed to be with our heavenly father on August 4th, 2024, at the age of eighty-nine. We want to gather and honor Jesse’s extraordinary life on Sunday, September 8th at 1:00 PM at River Church located at 220 S. Yarrow Street, Lakewood, CO 80226. Jesse was adored by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him, including his family and friends. Jesse was preceded in death by his mother Maria and father Antonio; siblings: Ponchito, Frank, Angie, Joe, Sal, Cecil, baby Yolanda, Lupe, Carlos, Mario, and Richard. He was survived by his wife Coreen Trejo, and children, Christine, Amanda, Matthew (Sissy), Marlene, John, Judy (Jerry), Darlene, and Jesse; brother Albert and sisters: Mary, Cathryn, Yolanda, and Becky, as well as numerous grandkids and great grandkids. Jesse was a warm and loving man who always had his doors open to family and friends. He was kind and humorous and a history buff. He was an established artist, and retired from Boeing Aerospace Company as a Lead Mechanic after 26 years. Jesse had an unwavering affection for life and his family. He enjoyed classic black and white films, photography, the mountains, dinosaurs, and sharing memories of his family and life. We ask for the joy of your presence and loving support as we celebrate Jesse's life.
