John Daniel Erbert, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2024, at the age of 91. Born on August 22, 1932, in Ellis, Kansas, John was one of ten siblings and the last surviving member of his family.
John is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Maxine M. Erbert, with whom he shared a remarkable 68 years of marriage. Their enduring love and partnership were a source of inspiration to all who knew them. Together, they raised three children: their daughter Marilyn Clegg, their son John D. Erbert II, and their late daughter Linda Erbert, who preceded him in death.
A dedicated and compassionate healer, John served as a Doctor of Chiropractic for over 40 years. His practice was not just a profession but a calling, through which he brought relief and comfort to countless patients. His gentle touch and deep understanding of his field made him a respected and cherished figure in his community.
John was a proud and loving grandfather to three beautiful and intelligent granddaughters: Rachael, Lindsey, and Danica. His eyes would light up with pride whenever he spoke of them, and his love and support for his granddaughters were unwavering.
An amazing husband and father, John’s legacy is one of love, dedication, and service. He leaves behind a family who will forever cherish his memory and strive to honor his life's work and the values he instilled in them.
A Rosary will be held at 10:00 am on June 4, 2024, followed by a Funeral Service at 10:15 am at Saint Bernadette's Church, located at 7240 W 12th Ave, Denver, CO 80214.
