34, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away April 24, 2008. He is survived by his mother: Cynthia A. Spencer & husband William; father: John R. Frasca & wife Linda; daughter: Kirsten Frasca; paternal grandmother: Barb Frasca; maternal grandmother: Dorothy Noaker & husband Robert; maternal grandfather: Ronald Harris; 3 step sisters; special friends: Lois Simmons-Simpson and family; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather: John Frasca; and sister: Kimberly Jo.
