68, of Littleton, CO, passed away August 11, 2009. He is survived by his wife: Sheila McGowan; daughter: Mary (Steve) Barnes; son: Sean (Karyn) McGowan; daughter: Tanya (John) Tilton; 4 grandchildren: Brandon Barnes, Briana Barnes, Christina McGowan, Michael Tilton; brother: Joe (Monica) McGowan; sister: Pat McGowan; 2 nephews: Joe Greene & Sean Leinen; 2 nieces: Elizabeth Porco & Maureen Leinen; sister-in-law: Margaret DeMaio. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Anne Bridget McGowan in 2006 and brother-in-law, Michael O'Neill. Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, August 15th at Newcomer West Metro Chapel. Everyone is invited to a gathering at the McGowan home, 6474 W. Gould Drive, Littleton, CO 80123 following the memorial service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Golden Retriever Rescue of the Rockies, 601 16th Street #C342, Golden, CO 80401.
