70, of Denver, CO, Lt. Col. U.S. Army Ret., and former commissioner on the Colorado Land Board, passed away February 26, 2008. He is survived by his sister: Charlene & husband Derrall Frost; aunt and uncle: Melvin & Robbie Jerkins; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. John S. Wilkes and sister, Sylvia Ann Johnson. Memorial services to be held at a later date.
