John Stephen Reed Jr.

Reed, John Stephen, Jr., 58 of Arvada CO, lost his long battle chronic lymphocytic leukemia February 5, 2008. Steve was born April 19, 1949 in Chicago IL. He was passionate about music, history, writing, his family friends and life. Steve and Sue Reed started their life together in 1991 and were joined in marriage on February 14, 1997. Together they raised one son and three daughters. Surviving family include his wife, Sue, son Steve, daughters Miki, Carri, Sarah; daughter in-law Jen, son in-law George and potential sons in-law Mark and Jeremy. He was blessed with grandchildren Trevin, Drew, Shelly, Georgie, Ayden and Trinity; and a host of relatives and friends. Steve will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.

A celebration of Steve's life will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Newcomer West Metro Chapel, 901 S. Sheridan Blvd. Lakewood.
