He is survived by his Wife: Cecilia; Sons: Nathan Jay, Adrian James; Mother: Bienvenida Mandani; Brothers: Francisco, Ramon, Noel, Edward and Jose; Sisters; Bernadette, Candelaria and Shirley. Donations for the education of Nathan and Adrian may be made to the Jonathan Mandani Memorial Fund, c/o BellCo Credit Union.
