Joseph S Lujan, 94, loving father, papa and brother left us on April 26, 2024
Preceded by his wife Irene who was the love of his life. Parents Joseph & Maria Lujan, brother Enos Ruybal and God children, Steven Lujan and Michael Atencio.
Father to Joseph Jr, Jodeen and Paul (Denise). Papa to Brittany Kaire, Noelle Conway (Sean), Stephen Kaire (Ashley), Christian Lujan and Paul Lujan. Great-grandfather to Christian Lujan Jr, Jackson Lujan, Mia Lujan, Briella Conway, Colette Conway James Conway and Halen Lujan.
Brother to Josie, Corrine, Zeke (Delores), Priscilla (Gerson), Manual and Annie (Jim)
Brother in law to Darlyne (George), Stanley (Lorre), Yolanda (Joseph), Gregory (Carrie).
God father John Hutchinson and Uncle to numerous nieces and nephews.
We will miss you every day for the rest of our lives. You loved your family, friends and neighbors. Mom was your life partner, and we know you loved her deeply and missed her when she passed.
In your younger days, you loved going fishing and camping with family, teaching your sons about sports and by default your daughter. Going to Bronco and baseball games and watching your grandsons play baseball. You had a deep faith in GOD and for a long time, went to church every day and always on holy days. You were a role model to all your children and grandchildren and always said, “treat people the way you want to be treated.”
Arrangements were made through Newcomer located at 901 S. Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80226.
Viewing will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 10:00 am, followed by a rosary and funeral mass at 11:00 am at Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 4200 Federal Blvd., Denver, CO. Reception to follow at St. Catherine School gym until 3:00 pm
