Joseph Naperola

Joseph F. Naperola, age 75, of Aurora CO, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024.

Joseph loved the outdoors, the mountains, camping and fishing. He loved his family and friends dearly. In his early years, he was dedicated to the Civil Air Patrol. He devoted his time to his passion in youth sports as a Coach (baseball and football), Referee and Umpire. He was a helpful and giving man who loved making people laugh. He would light up a room with his smile. A protector, a warrior, a kind and caring man.

Joseph is survived by his children, James Naperola (Christine), Benjamin Naperola (Lane Blair) and Lisa Solheim (Todd); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Johnson, Nichole Groenveld, Taylor Fowkes, Jade Naperola, Jordan Naperola, Danielle Millard, Joey Naperola, Oakley Naperola and Cody Solheim; along with 9 great grandchildren; his sister, Patricia Nelson; nephew, Kenneth Naperola; nieces, Sue Nelson, Barbara Nelson and his love, Shirley. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph W. and Helen Naperola; brother, Kenneth W. Naperola and son, Joseph F. Naperola Jr.
